Call your Westchester Health physician’s office. The office will set up an appointment for a Telehealth consult. If you are not a Westchester Health patient, use our Location Finder to choose one of our 40 office locations throughout Westchester County and in Stamford, CT, then call that office to set up a Telehealth appointment.

What to expect from a telehealth appointment
A telehealth appointment will enable your provider to treat some common conditions and some stable chronic health conditions using our Telehealth platform. You and your doctor will be connected through a secure, face-to-face video connection. Your doctor may ask questions about your symptoms, change or manage your medications, and give advice on your condition.

- Will the telehealth appointment work on a desktop or laptop?
You will need an iPhone, iPad or an Android device. Currently, Telehealth appointments are only available on a mobile device.
- Can I make an appointment by emailing my doctor’s office?
No. You must call your doctor’s office to schedule a Telehealth appointment.
- What if I am a new patient?
Westchester Health is happy to see new patients using Telehealth. First, check with your insurance provider to verify your eligibility and coverage. Next, use our Location Finder to choose an office location then call that office to set up a Telehealth appointment.
- Will I be seeing my own doctor?
So, we can see as many patients as possible on a Telehealth appointment, there is no guarantee that you will be seeing your own provider. You will see a Westchester Health provider.
- What happens if my child needs care?
Please contact your pediatrician’s office. They will help you set up a Telehealth appointment with a pediatrician.
- What types of visits are being conducted via Telehealth appointments?
We can use a telehealth appointment to manage multiple conditions. When you call the office, we will determine if a telehealth visit is appropriate for you.
