Physicals

An annual physical is a very important way for us to check on your child’s health and development

Here at Westchester Health Pediatrics, we strongly urge your child to get an annual physical exam. Not only do these visits give us the opportunity to see you and your child at least once a year, they provide a crucial opportunity for us to monitor and evaluate your child’s physical and emotional well-being. Plus, physicals are a great time for us to listen to you and your child and answer any questions you may have or respond to any issues that have come up since last year’s visit. They also enable us to catch a potential problem before it becomes a serious issue.

Please share your concerns with us

As we all know, a lot can happen in a year, and it’s important for your pediatrician to be made aware of any changes in your child’s health, school or even your family situation. We encourage you to bring a list of your questions, concerns, anxieties and observations about any facet of your child’s well-being, and we will take as much time as is necessary to fully address all of these.

After every visit, we want you to leave your pediatrician’s office with peace of mind as well as answers.
