About Us

Welcome to our Stamford office! At this site you will find a team of caring and knowledgeable providers and staff that put you and your health at the center of everything we do.

Internal medicine physicians (or internists) focus on getting to know their patients and their families, forming valuable patient-doctor relationships that last for years, even decades. Applying scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of health issues, their primary responsibilities include health maintenance, screening for disease, treating acute and chronic medical conditions, managing patients with multiple, complex medical problems, and serving as consultants to other disciplines such as surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics and family medicine.

Our rheumatologists have extensive experience in their field, using the latest technology and techniques to diagnose, treat and provide preventative care for all types of rheumatic diseases, including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic back pain, tendonitis, bursitis, lupus, carpal tunnel syndrome and Lyme disease. These disorders can affect the joints, muscles and bones, causing pain, swelling, stiffness and deformity.

To provide the highest quality of care to children with rheumatologic disorders, we have a pediatric rheumatologist on staff who is specially trained in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases in children. This specialist works closely with your child’s pediatrician and other specialists to coordinate and implement the best treatment plan for your child’s individual needs.

Being patient-centered means that YOU are the most important person on your healthcare team. Our team works together to provide you care in the right place at the right time and in a manner that best suits your needs. We work with other healthcare providers to create team-centered care that is focused on you! As your care team, we involve you in decisions about your health and healthcare to develop a stronger relationship with you. You also have easy access to us through same-day medical advice and appointments as needed.
