Dr. Zaman decided to stay in the Northwell Health system after completing her residency training in Family Medicine at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Originally from California, Dr. Zaman has fallen in love with the East Coast and is excited to help grow the outpatient practice in Stamford. Her interests include women’s health procedures as well as providing holistic, preventive primary care to a wide patient population of all different ages, genders and backgrounds. She focuses on using shared decision making and open communication to formulate treatment plans tailored to each individual person. In doing so, she hopes to become an integral part of the Stamford community and develop meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients.
