Before joining Westchester Health, Dr. Yang was a partner at Pediatrics East of New York on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She cares for patients from birth through young adulthood. As a mother of four children, she is sensitive to the needs of children as well as of their parents. She provides hands-on treatment by devoting a great deal of time to each visit, offering guidance, counseling, administering vaccines, and discussing any concerns that a patient or parent may have.
