My goal is to provide the best possible care to all my patients. In fact, I treat my patients as though they are my family members. I also believe in a collaborative approach to medical care. I always try to explain medical problems in terms that patients can understand, and endeavor to understand their needs and concerns.
I offer up-to-date, scientifically validated treatments and do my best to stay current in my field (asthma/allergy and immunology) by reading journals, attending conferences, maintaining my board certification and conferring with my partners concerning difficult problems. In addition, I enjoy teaching and speaking to physicians and lay audiences about allergies and asthma.
I founded and was the physician advisor of a long-running parent support group for parents of children with asthma (Parents of Allergic and Asthmatic Children of Westchester) that lasted for over 12 years.
In our office, we work as a team. Everyone—doctors, nurses, medical assistants and front office staff—collaborate to offer the highest level of care. We are always accessible: by phone, email (through a secure patient portal) and on weekends and holidays through coverage with board certified allergists.
I have lived in Westchester most of my life. My children grew up in the county, and my grandchildren live here. My personal interests involve family, travel, theater, movies, walking and golf. I enjoy seeing patients who are often my neighbors and in being part of a practice which strives to be a vital part of our community.
