Dominic Grecco, MD

Dr. Dominic Grecco specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He comes from a family of Obstetrician Gynecologists and continues to practice medicine with the compassion and traditional values he was surrounded by. Dr. Grecco received his Bachelor of Arts at Binghamton University and his M.D. from St. Georges University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Long Island College Hospital where he served as chief resident. Dr. Grecco is Vice President of Westchester Health Associates.

Dr. Grecco appears on The Learning Channel’s The Baby Story as an obstetrical expert and gives lectures at local community groups. As a father of twins, he has a special interest in high risk obstetrics where he draws on years of clinical and personal experience. His goal is to make every delivery a safe and beautiful experience. In his office he works with Dr. Hamid Mootabar, who is board certified in high-risk obstetrics and the Director of the High Risk Obstetrics Outreach Program at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Together they manage high risk pregnancies such as twins, triplets, gestational diabetes, recurrent miscarriages, advanced maternal age and other complications of pregnancy. Dr. Grecco is known to be approachable, calming, and understanding while guiding women through 9 months of care. His practice offers amniocenteses, first trimester screening and detailed level II anatomy scans allowing his patients to receive the highest quality of care in one location.

Dr. Grecco also provides comprehensive and compassionate gynecologic care to women in all stages of their reproductive life. He welcomes questions and believes that a doctor patient relationship is a partnership where together they discuss and decide what treatments are necessary. He offers non-surgical alternatives to hysterectomy, and in office procedures such as ablation to avoid hospital stays. When necessary he performs minimally invasive laparoscopic and state-of-the-art robotic surgery using the da Vinci Robot system to minimize patient discomfort and recovery time. He lectures fellow physicians on a variety of topics and introduces school children to the medical field, the importance of preventative care and making good choices. In addition, he volunteers at the Screen Actor’s Guild in NYC providing excellent gynecological care to those in need.

Dr. Grecco believes that a close relationship with your doctor is one of the best things you can do for your health. He has state of the art offices in Mt. Kisco, Yorktown, Katonah, and White Plains. Dr. Grecco lives in Bedford with his wife and three children.
